2Deposits and Payments
All financial transactions on Basant Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to deposits:
- The minimum deposit is PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set at the platform level, though individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction limits.
- Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. Mobile wallet transfers via these services are also supported.
- Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes.
If a deposit does not reflect in your account after 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
- Basant Game does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used to deposit must belong to the same person as the registered account holder.
- Deposits made to your account are for gaming purposes only. Basant Game is not a money transfer service and cannot be used as one.
- Basant Game does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly if you are unsure.
PKR only: There is no currency conversion at any point. What you deposit in PKR is what appears in your account balance, and what you withdraw is paid out in PKR to your chosen method.
3Bonuses and Promotions
Basant Game offers a range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as PSL, T20 internationals and other major tournaments. The following rules apply to all bonuses:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable) and validity period are stated on each individual promotion on the Promotions page.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
- Only one bonus can be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per person, per household and per IP address. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times will result in the bonus being removed and, in cases of clear abuse, account suspension.
- Basant Game reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already activated it, the existing wagering obligation will still stand unless stated otherwise.
- Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering terms unless a specific promotion states they are credited as cash.

4Withdrawals
Withdrawals from Basant Game are subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. This is to comply with anti-money laundering best practices.
- Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification includes identity confirmation and, where required, proof of ownership of the payment method used.
- Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are typically the fastest, often completing within minutes of approval. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take one to three business days.
- Basant Game does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, please confirm with your bank or mobile wallet provider whether they apply any receiving charges.

5Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all bets placed on Basant Game, including cricket, PSL, football, Esports and all other available markets:
- All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement except where the platform's cash-out feature is available and expressly offered for that market.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
- Basant Game reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or placed on a market that was opened or settled incorrectly.
- In-play cricket and PSL bets are subject to the live odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Delays in data feeds or connectivity issues on the player's end do not entitle a player to void a bet.
- Winnings from sports bets are credited to your main account balance upon settlement of the relevant event.
- Slots, live casino and bingo games have their own specific rules accessible within each game. Those rules take precedence over these general terms where they conflict.
- Basant Game does not accept bets placed using automated tools, bots or scripts. Any account found to be using such tools will be suspended.
- Match results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting body — for cricket, this is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the ICC for international matches, and PSL's official records for PSL fixtures.
Cricket & PSL markets: Live in-play markets update rapidly during matches. Ball-by-ball odds reflect real-time match conditions. Place your bets with a clear budget in mind — the fast-moving nature of live betting can make it easy to exceed your intended spend.
6Responsible Gaming
Basant Game is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the platform. The following applies to all players:
